Five Guys

Was shopping at nearby stores and saw the Five Guys sign and immediately had a craving. Had Bacon Cheeseburger and Large Fries. Food was very tasty and service was fast and friendly. We really love their fries and like that the regular size is sharable, but still we slways get the large size. Unfortunately, they were out of vinegar for the fries; we like that they offer vinegar as well as ketchup. Still, very satisfied with today's visit.

Five guys hamburgers are simply delicious. All ingredients are fresh and they cook the hamburgers when you order. There is no food waiting under a lamp like other places. Recently I tried their lettuce wrap cheese burger and it was legit. The patty already juicy and tasteful plus the new added texture from the lettuce really made it even better for me. Fries are always fresh as well and they use local vendors (they even have a sign showing where they purchase their potatoes from. I personally really enjoy their Cajun flavored fries with are right on. Usually I order the small size since it seems to be plenty. They put the fries in a small cup but then the rest of the fries overflow the cup and you can just eat them out of the paper bag

I love the burgers from Five Guys! However, I would go to a different location, unless you plan on eating inside, so you can correct their mistakes. I have been to this specific location 3 times, and all 3 times they have messed up my order. Got two burgers and two milkshakes to-go today. I was sitting inside waiting for my order and they gave me the two milkshakes and they were already completely melted (they had just made them) and was essentially flavored milk. I asked the lady who handed my me food, "Are they supposed to be that liquidy?" She started to respond with, "Yeah that is how they come out." until she tilted the cup and saw it was anything but a milkshake. The part that got me was, it was the manager who originally made my milkshakes. As someone who works in a supervisory role, the manager is supposed to be the one who does things correctly. Granted, the guy was nice as could be, but when paying $6.00 for a milkshake, it should not be a worse quality one than a $2.50 one from McDonald's, let alone both of them. The lady did remake them for me, which the second time, they were actual milkshakes. I just got back to the office, and lo and behold, there is no A1 sauce on the burger, no grilled mushrooms, and I got grilled onions instead of regular onions. The onions aren't a big deal, but no A1 sauce and no mushrooms not only completely changed the flavor I wanted/ordered, but it was much drier than it needed to be. It was still good, as it was cooked fresh, but it was not what I ordered. Since this is the third time that my order has been messed up from this location, I will simply drive the extra 2-5 miles to go to a different location. Staff is super friendly at this location, but the attention to detail, such as toppings and trying to pass off two completely liquid milkshakes as properly made milkshakes, make it so I will not be back to this location. I understand that when it is a little busy, it gets a little chaotic. However, messing up orders not only creates double work for all the employees, but can make it so you lose business. I get that we are all human, but for it to be 3 times in a row, either I have bad luck, or the staff is easily overwhelmed.

Got a bacon cheeseburger all the way and a small cajun fry. My review is not indicative of this specific restaurant as much as 5 guys as a chain. This was my second and last time patronizing 5 guys. The burger, even with all of those fixings, was tasteless and boring. The fries, although seemingly coated with cajun seasonings, were very lightly salted. The fries were a perfect consistency and I’d try them again with some ranch; at home because they don’t serve ranch in the restaurant 😳 i paid $18 for what was possibly the worst burger that I’ve ever tasted. I feel sorry for the people co-signing 5 guys because it means that you have never had a good burger in your life 😞

To start, I’m a big fan of Five Guys but I recently gave up meat. I was so happy to have an alternative like the veggie sandwich. The veggie sandwich at this particular location was very disappointing. It was small, flat and not what I’m use to from other locations I’ve visited. I won’t be going back. I even bragged to a friend who joined me.

Don't bother coming here. Im not sure if it was a manager or a team leader but a guy in a collared red shirt was rude and had the worst attitude. Never coming back to this location, I would rather drive farther away to a different location then deal with the people working here. Edit: It would’ve been better if they had just gotten the order correct but they gave me the wrong order. Overall bad experience
