Taco Mayo

Worked there for 1 day and refused to go back. Employees don't know food safety temps and they reuse containers that had raw dough in them without washing them first. The thought of returning made me sick to my stomach. I do NOT recommend eating at this establishment and am apprehensive about other Taco Mayo's after my experience with this one

Went inside and ordered, food was made quickly but the bean burritos were basically soup. The beans were watery and sparse, and asking to add sour cream was my bad since 90% of the burrito was sour cream. I had ordered their cinnamayos, and the lady forgot to give them to me or charge me for them, so I went back up to the register to pay for some. We waited about 5 more minutes and went back to the register to ask for them, to which she responded apologetically and said she would have them right out. Which she did. I watched her pick up a plate of them off the counter and bring them, cold, to our table. I haven't had decent service here in months. I used to manage a Taco Mayo and I will Not be back to this one.

Drive thru. The person taking our order was in a hurry and cut us off and completed our order before we were finished. We were frustrated and about to leave and go somewhere else instead. Just as we were about to pull away after discussing where else we could go someone started speaking through the speaker and took the rest of our order. The food was good.

Came to Cushing to eat at one of our family favorites. There was no manager on duty at the time and the young employees were being slow rude and not listening to patrons when someone who walked who either worked here previously or still only off the girl working on my food quit in the middle of my burritos leaving them open to all become cold would not stop talking to girl to finish taking my order or finish the part she had started another employee worked on order who had been off for 20 mins he stated he messed up my husband's bowl even after being told multiple times how to make understandably probably tired when we got to the register and gave drink orders and paid my husband asked where his cup was to cashier she said she did not get that on the order and was prepared to charge him however at this point we were ready to sit down and he would drink my water. Then when I bit into my burrito it was cold so cold my cheese never melted all my children's burritos were cold as well the 3 we had ordered no onion but mixed up due to improper communication my kids lip swelled due to the onion as he is allergic we will not be coming back till Mike ownby is taking care of it again
