Dragon Palace

While the food is great, the best thing about this restaurant is the family that runs it. Every time we eat here we are greeted warmly, they remember our favorites, and are honestly the sweetest people you can hope to meet. They are amazing with children, and the love they put into their work is why this is my favorite restaurant.

We took our family here at noon during the week. The food was old, especially the sushi rolls. Those were a few days old, at least. There were a few edible things on the buffet, but not many. Then, the ticket was off by a few dollars, and they overcharged us for one of our kids (per the menu price online).

I've heard a lot of people say negative things about their food and buffet, but I believe they are the best in town. If you order off their menu or eat buffet, it's good food. They do deliver and every time I've ordered delivery ive not been disappointed. Only complaint, their "sushi" on buffet is atrocious. But I'm still giving them 5 stars, becuase if you condemn a Chinese food buffet for a Japanese specialty, you have never had real sushi. If they had cucumber roll, shrimp nigiri, Daikon radish roll, tamago nigiri, crab nigiri and a couple random avocado carrot cucumber shrimp roll concoction, they would be on par with buffets and delivery from larger cities. I suggest their fried shrimp, and i know it's not Chinese but their large butterfly shrimp are crispy always. There is more shrimp than breading. HELL, if you want a fried shrimp dinner go down to Dragon Palace and you'll get one for under $10. Their sweet and sour pork is also AMAZING. Everything else is, on par with a decent selection, what it should be. Also, remember, never eat buffet between 2 to 5pm the will all disappointed you. :)
