Worst customer service possible! Apparently, we got a gift card in grubhub and ordered a pickup option through grubhub and the person declined to give the food saying he isn’t aware of a pickup option through grubhub and that I should be working for grubhub to pick it up. Please do me a favor - Go to grubhub website and select your own Pizza Hut chain and see for yourself if a pickup option exists or not!

We spent 61 on pizza. All of them but 1 were way over cooked. Both orders of Cheese sticks.. over cooked. The plain bread sticks were good.. Alfredo.. pretty good. But the 6 pizzas.. not the very good. Had some very upset family members and we threw it in the trash. Would of told the store.. but they looked very busy, under staffed. Food was done on time tho. So good work there

Really very very bad customer support, please do not buy anything from this place. If there is an option to mark negative star rating I would have picked that. Not even worth a single star rating.

Today Me and my friends stopped hers along with kids. We were very hungry. Staff here helped us complete our order quickly and they even got our pizzas ready very soon. Pizzas are delicious and the crust is soft. Great experience on total.

My order was 30 minutes late, was out for delivery for 30 minutes. When I called to check on it, the guy who answered the phone said they were closed for the night and he would not call the driver. He was very short and rude!!! When my order finally arrived I had ordered two pan pizzas, and paid extra for pan, and received two hand tossed. We will not order from them again! Been eating pizza hut since I was a little girl, worst service I've ever had!! Don't waste your money at this place!!!

Just bread and sauce. No flavor at all. We stopped using Pizza Hut 7 years ago With your new adds decided to try again. Sorry Tombstone out of freezer has better flavor.

Our pizzas were cold and hard to chew. The delivery took about an hour and ten minutes, which is okay because we were notified of the time still did not expect cold and hard food to be delivered to the family.

I gave a carryout order at 5.30 pm and reached at 6pm to pick up my order. My husband waited 25 minutes in the store just to get our order. This is simply ridiculous. On top the cheese sticks we got were almost burned.
