Everything on the menu is amazing! Tuesday night Trivia and Karaoke Thursday night through Saturday night. Awesome mixed drinks! It does allow smoking, but don't miss out on the amazing food if it's too smoky for you, Get it To Go! I promise you won't be disappointed. You must try their Lemon Pepper Salmon and the Deliciously seasoned steaks! Great appetizers and Desserts too! Angel is the best cook. I don't know of a better one around and he's there Tues-Sunday.

I can’t speak for the food because we didn’t end up eating there. Our server was extremely friendly and took our drink order shortly after we sat down. In the few minutes we waited, the regulars/drunks at the bar made it a very unpleasant experience. They were playing keno or trivia or something, and would all yell in unison every 15 seconds or so. EXTREMELY annoying. It’s a shame because I’ve spoken with other people who have eaten here and they all say the food is delicious. I guess I’ll never know. I noticed the smoke smell as soon as I walked in. I didn’t realize smoking was still allowed in public places in GA. As a smoker myself, it didn’t bother me, but it smelled very stale, and the whole place smelled very strongly of stale beer. Very unappetizing.

I've been a regular here for many years. You have to enjoy a certain vibe to have a good time here. There is a very homey and Southern feel, and if you're good to the bartenders and servers they'll be good to you. They have trivia every Tuesday night, and they have AWESOME karaoke Wednesday through Saturday in the evening. There are many regulars here, so expect people to be outgoing and loud. Also expect the music in the evenings to be loud. You're able to smoke at or near the bar all day, and you're able to smoke in the dining area starting at 10 p.m., so if you don't want to go home smelling like smoke this is not the place for you. But I love it.

Stopped in yesterday with 3 others for steak. Walked in and left in less than a minute. Smoke was horrible. There didn't seem to be any ventilation. Can't rate food, but air quality was very bad. Was really looking forward to trying this place. Won't happen. You really only get once to make a good impression. So sad

It was just okay. Their slow cooked ribs are not. Boiled in water just before I received them and I got water in my mouth. I enjoyed the tone-deaf customers who sang. They were quite visually appealing and I admired their ability to stand up and lay it on the line. The wait staff were spot on with their service and I cannot blame them for the ribs. I cannot recommend the food. My Texas Margarita was spot on and after that I am pretty sure I liked the beer but after one Margarita everything seemed better. Even the singers seemed to find their groove.

Frankly I've not had this poor quality of food in years and years. The place smells heavily of smoke, the decor is about 30 years old and in serious need of repair, and it's obvious that the only reason this place is even open is because of drunk regulars who must keep it afloat; though I suspect they will be pushed out by the recently opened roadhouse restaurant next door. No one in their right mind would eat this food. I ordered the country fried steak and my girlfriend ordered a sandwich. After one bite of whatever the heck that was on my plate, I almost had to throw up, as I literally gagged; every single item (sides) was prepared terribly and there is zero fresh food here though the prices don't seem to reflect that fact. I think most everything came out of a box (that sat in the freezer too long; maybe years; I wish I was kidding.) My girlfriend's sandwich was so bad that she couldn't finish even half. It's a sandwich! There was a weird karaoke crowd gathered around the bar listening to this ONE guy sing (who was fine, but really?) and the rest of the place was empty (Saturday night.) We should have taken that as a sign and went down the street. I suspect they will be closed within the year either by lack of sales or the health department. Do yourself a favor and skip this disaster. I can't imagine that any of the positive reviews on this site are anything other than some of the drunk regulars or family. There was no positives in our visit, except to say that the waitress was fine and mostly helpful and she tried hard. For that I tipped her normally on the check, but I can promise I will never go back. Awful.

There once was a place called Austin's Steakhouse. There once was good people and friends/servers that worked there. There once was a group of people that thoroughly enjoyed hanging out at Austin's. Those people no longer hang out at Austin's. Austin's is no longer open to get rid of your sunday morning hangovers and bad decisions from the night before. We can no longer forget about all of our problems in this establishment. Yes....we will miss all of the money we put in those machines and never got back. We will always wish that we could have taken just one more shot... Until the day we meet again. Goodbye Austin's and goodbye all of the sorrows that were left in that building.
