Domino's Pizza

This Domino's is cheating customers out of the state that belongs on a Philly cheese steak. For the second time in the row we ordered a Philly cheese steak Pizza months apart from each other however, the first time we got the pizza home and notice our steak was actually mushrooms. The second time my husband checked the pizza before he left and got the same type of pizza they acted like it was a mistake. They looked at the pizza and noticed the mushrooms and then made an entirely new pizza with steak. Don't order Philly cheese steak without checking your order from this Domino's they are ripping their customers off making us pay for something we're not getting.

Overall the experience of ordering online yesterday 1/6 @ around 11:00 am was pretty easy and straightforward...Upon arrival to pick up my order, I was greeted nicely, and told that one of my order items (garden salad) was unavailable and was offered a Cesar substitute..That was ok as well. The ONLY issue I had with this interaction was observing that the prep cook was NOT wear gloves or a mask while reaching into the ingredients bins to grab ingredients to make someone to else past bowl and pizza topping. He had been touching other surfaces including the freezer doors, counters, and food without gloves, mask, or washing his hands. Upon my departure, I nicely asked the gentleman who gave me my order to please remind the prep cook to put on gloves when touch people food, as a minimum.

No one in store knows when my order of pizza will be ready, even though their in-shore system is showing my order as first in the list with 1-5 mins wait time but they are working on other orders which are after my order, why? We order from them every week at least once but now we need to find some other pizza store around. Never ordering from them again.
