Firehouse Subs

Today must've been at an all time low for all the shops at the market place. This was another shop we visited and the staff were really low on morale and in serving the guests. Not just one person, but the entire staff. The subs themselves were great, but I hope the owner finds out what is causing this and fixes it.

Online order for pickup. Ignored by an employee because of Airpods. Items were missing out of the take out bag. Upon arriving home, I realized that more of the order was also not in the bag.....I refused to drive back to retrieve them. I called and spoke with a young lady about receiving a refund for them. She indicated that the manager would contact me the following day. I left my information....no contact from the manager and no one answers the phone(daily). This establishment is not professional and will probably not meet your expectations/standards.

Love firehouse food. When I walked in, floors is dirty, all the chairs on top the table, 3 kids sitting down at the only table with chairs down. I wanted to eat in and it was only 5pm. I was waiting on the workers to order food then noticed all the kids stood up and went behind the counter finally to take my order. Also, they were talking about the TV the whole time cussing. Not the best experience but love firehouse food.

Food 4.5, service -0-. Ordered online. Walked in. Order not in pick up. After 5 min, the counter person asked if I was from DoorDash. I said no, I ordered online and my name is “xxxxxxxx.” He said ok and walked away. Waited more, and then saw bags being placed for to go that were labeled 13 min after my order. I got the guys attention, and he said, “oh, your orders right here. I placed it in the DoorDash area by mistake.” 😳. Total wait 20 minutes.

Two stars because the food is always good BUT I ordered online and it said it would be ready at 12:46. I probably sat in there for 15 minutes waiting while the staff talked about football. People waiting on food and they stopped and talked about football and teams for probably half the time I was there. They did not seem to care that there were orders needing to be completed. I have worked in the food industry and they did not have on the proper shoes and the floor behind the line was nasty lettuce everywhere and bread in the floor. I’d be concerned about one of them slipping and getting seriously injured. I love firehouse but this one does not hold up to the normal standard I usually see.
