There’s a few people here that are genuinely nice , but then there’s others that are so rude. I usually get rushed while I’m ordering, and that’s super rude. Definitely do not recommend.

Pulled off the highway for some coffee and so my kids could use the restroom for an “emergency” and their lobby was inexplicable locked - drive thru only.

A slow drive thru line once in a while I can understand, but lately that is the only consistent thing about this place. The workers are great, friendly and usually apologetic, but 20 minutes start to finish for a coffee is just too much. Since their “renovation” things have gotten worse.

On multiple occasions now I've placed an order on the app and arrived to find the inside closed for pickup. With a extremely long line of cars. I have waited 15+ minutes to pick up a coffee.
There are several times that I was unable to wait, and refund request went unanswered.

Nice people but wild wait times in drive-thru. There were two people infront of me and it still took 20 minutes.

Nice lady at window. Trash food. Toasted bagel was chewy. Grape jelly was a solid goo. Unspreadable. My bagel is like bubble gum.

When I drove up there were 8 cars in line. The one at the window was there almost 5 mins. None of this was an issue. I placed my order which was large. When I got to the window one of the girls loudly said I should have come inside. Then I was asked to sign my receipt which I paid cash for which I signed and then they kept. I had both my grandchildren in the car and have a bad back. It is a drive thru that I go to as lot but not anymore
