Met a genuinely homeless troubled person after being asked to leave boxpark by manager and bought them a meal from here they absolutely loved it staff there today at 18:25 on the12/06/23were helpful and understanding

Poptata in Croydon is hands down the best chips shop in the area! The chips are always fresh and made to order, which is a real treat in the East Croydon area. The prices are very reasonable, and the variety of flavors available is great. They use high-quality ingredients and the potatoes are hand-cut, which is evident in the taste and texture of the chips. The shop itself is clean and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend Poptata for anyone looking for delicious chips at a great price! 5 stars!

I never ever leave reviews but on this occasion I really had to the chips and chicken burger were amazing the last place I had chips that were that good and not flavoured with loads of salt was at Gordon Ramsey street burger

Wow one of the best loaded chips I've tried in London. Ordered the Guaca fries and they were perfect - spicy mayo, avo and halloumi rosemary salted chips. Portion size was massive so shared between the 3 of us and was super filling.
My sister really enjoyed the southern fried chicken burger and thought it was very tasty

Highly recommend ordering the '3 Southern Fried Chicken Strips' and a choice of dips.
Cowboy fries with BBQ sauce, literally say no more. Full of taste, fresh quick and make sure to check out the different delivery apps, as currently reasonable offers, value for money and service 100%

Last Saturday, I've been lucky enough to try these wonder out as I was around the area and the first thing that came out of my mind it's why I haven't tried it before!!!
The staff was really helpful especially the owner Maria, she was really professional, gentle and nice at the same time. The chips were amazing and good size portions as well. What else can you ask? I can wait to go back and have it again. I definitely recommend it, absolutely addictive!

Just had the Portabello chips from there that were delicious! Served by a young gentleman who told us about all the other branches and gave us a loyalty card! Service with a lovely smile! Great chips great service!
