The food was great, but of all my years eating here I have never had any bad experiences. This was the first time that somebody was ever rude to me. The lady at the window was even rude to the customer behind me. I was shocked at the way she spoke to me and the lady behind me in line. She was upset that she had to walk outside to the car because she couldn't hear what they were saying through the speaker and made it very known how annoyed she was to do so.

Waited in line for 30 minutes! When I got to the window they "forgot what I ordered".. Waited another 5 min for my food to come out. Got home and the mini poppers were so over cooked that there was no cheese in half of the family side I ordered.. and the tenders are a JOKE! Not worth the 13$, will not return.

Our tea was good, fries were hot and not soggy but it is ridiculous that a family sized mashed potatoes only comes with a small gravy. I don't understand that at all and the staff was not very friendly.

They have a sign out front that says "Starting Full Time Employees at $9 an hour" as if that's an attractive wage. Lots of reviews for this location say the wait time is long and the food is trash. Im not surprised. You pay bare minimum, you get bare minimum employees. Also, if the full time employees get $9 then that makes me think the part timers get $7.50 or whatever the minimum wage is. And gas is about $3.50. What a ripoff.
Edit: gas is about $4.60 as of 6/27, still payin the same

The chicken was not fresh at all. Usually a lot better but next time i will choose a different location.

Today I went to this location and ordered a side of fried pickles. When I got home I noticed there was only 5 fried pickles? Very disappointed.
