Fastaco

Just left the drive through and had a very nice Experience with a sweet girl who took my order. She was super sweet and professional. Normally when I ask for extra hot sauce they get an attitude but she didnt make me feel like i was a nuisance for asking. I come here all the time but the reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because there is a lot of grease at the bottom of my container. The taco meet is very greasy it's not normally like this.

Ordered the 13 pack of tacos. Along with 3 beefy burritos. I asked for extra hot sauce. When we ordered it from the drive through speaker. We get up to the drive through window. We asked again if they had put extra hot sauce in. They said yes. We get home and look inside the bag there was not any in the bag at all. I won't be going back to fastaco any time soon in the near future.

I ordered the beefy enchiladas , the price had went up to 6.99 I thought that not bad for what I thought would get. Got home there was one enchilada teaspoonful rice and beans. How do you justify that. I want be going back for a while and telling everyone I know. P.S. the seasoning was off less sugar in the tea.

I cannot believe how much the prices have went up. I understand price increase due to covid. A 6 pack of tacos use to be around $7 now $10. It cost me $6 for a meat and cheese burrito that had NO meat in it. The food quality went down. The service is horrible and for some reason they like to keep your credit card. I always have to ask for my card back. I use to go here once a week then quit going because of the service. Now I wont be going because the price increase is not worth the quality of the food. More money for less ingredients.
