Great service. Coffees hot. Music a bit loud if eating in.
Wow.. Not what I expect from Greg's.. Staff are not happy and that reflected in there service. I can imagine its a busy fast paced job, but does it hurt to smile and be polite.
Lovely staff , best place to stop , toilets nearby , clean and tidy aircon was working perfectly to keep cool .
Looking for a quick cup of coffee and ended up walking out with some wonderful pastries!
Typically only one serving! The queue is almost always out of the door. I frequent plenty of other greggs and they don't have this issue. Understaffed
