Basically the guy serving us was just really really nice. Our chicken was freshly cooked and delicious, and the chap on the counter was super nice and efficient. Seems a silly reason to rate a takeaway bar so highly, but sometimes encountering someone really pleasant and good at their job is a real bonus. And the chicken was delicious. Will definitely go back.

Ordered rice box and wings bucket. Food was decent surprisingly. In the recent past my experience with KFC was not good. Good customer service.

I ordered through the Just Eat app and left a note to say that we had an Autistic child who liked the legs and thighs only and could we have as many as possible in our 10 piece bucket. When our order arrived it was piping hot and fresh and every piece of chicken was what we requested. Thank you for going that extra mile!

Best customer service! My food came really fast and was really worth the wait! I was served by a girl named Celeste ( I think it was) at the till, such a wonderful young lady, she was very polite and let me take all the time I could, she didn’t rush me at all. she made my experience at Crawley every enjoyable. Stopped for lunch with kids. Ordered using the self service machines. Small amount of inside seating, wasn't too busy. Food was service quickly and was hot.

Quick service and tasty food.
We used the KFC app that links upto the self service machines in store. We could use the rewards and deals from the app through the machine. Very user friendly. However we did get two small gravies instead of the large.

The level of customer service and cleanliness in this store is a remarkable turn around since they have employed a more diverse staff. The staff are friendly, they greet, polite, professional and clean. The lady that takes the orders in the front is a real credit to the store. The food is packaged well, it's hot and fresh and now this store currently has the best customer service in decades, it's second to none by far. Keep up the amazing work 🙂🙂

Waiting time was less, overall service was ok , place was clean ....overall good .... this one is on the high street ..... also tried the home delivery option once it came in good time with ubereats and was delivered in properly sealed packages
