Pinkberry

The only reason I’m giving it two stars is because of the wait time in this store. Of course the staff are not to be blamed, as it is a very small place and there is not enough room for the employees to get to customers in a timely manner, plus the fact that they take online orders delays the service. I’ve been here multiple times in the last two weeks and the wait time is approximately 20-25 minutes with a line that goes out the door & stays there for a while. The staff is very nice and polite and they do their best to give you exactly what you want but I feel like their working conditions are absolutely unacceptable when considering the high volume of traffic the store experiences. If anything, I blame it on corporate for closing the mall location, and for having the employees running from side to side in a very overwhelming, stressful work environment. Yogurt was great as per usual, I just hope they fix the working conditions (because they have the money to do so) - Image is just from the inside, not the outside of the store where the line is never ending.

We went to Pinkberry in Garden City today. We saw online they have a variety of non dairy options. We wanted to come once a week throughout summer and try a new flavor each time. Unfortunately this location only has one non dairy flavor choice. I called all the local Pinkberry’s in my area & they all carry the one non dairy flavor. Coconut. We ordered a small it was delicious!! Very creamy, thick and full of flavor, I liked it a lot. They offer outdoor patio tables we sat under the umbrella in the shade with a gentle breeze. We will be back to enjoy another one, hopefully they will bring in more non dairy flavors this summer.

Came to get a sweet treat. Paid over $14 FOR TWO SMALLS. Pricing on cups was different from pricing on wall, so pricing was misleading. When I suggested I should pay the lower cost because I pointed out the issue, the counter people stared blankly and charged me the higher price bc minimum wage is going up. This used to be a special treat for my family. I'll take my business elsewhere or buy 2 boxes of cones and three gallons of ice cream from the market. What a disappointment. And I couldn't even tip the folks behind the counter!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced tonight at 8pm. Mia and another girl not wearing her name tag were so extremely rude -no greeting, no smiling, no talking to me throughout, wouldn’t look at me the entire time, throwing the spoon in the trash angrily when I said I wanted it to be to-go. It’s unfortunate that these two girls had to make me give a review of a 1 (that I wish I could rate a zero). I work in customer service and they’d be fired if they acted like that at my job. I come here a lot and have never dealt with them before. I’ve also never had a bad experience here before tonight but WOW. It takes a lot for me to write a review positive or negative so me even writing this review says a lot.

The frozen yogurt was good and the lin e moved quick despite it being long. I was disappointed to hear someone being turned down on their waffle cone due to running 1 machine and it would be a 15 minute wait. More importantly they are not allowing people to use their restroom for reasons unknown. We asked about it and were turned down which was unacceptable. Otherwise it was a good experience and we will be back but hopefully under a better sanitation policy.
