Mcdonald's

Had a terrible experience. It's McDonald's so their food is fine...when you get it. I have 1 hour for lunch for my work and today had to wait 25 minutes before I got up to the window just for them to say their debit machine wasn't working and that I wouldn't get any food. They had already made it and I saw them pick it up and take it to the back (maybe their employees were hungry and wanted a snack). I was frustrated by the customer service or lack there-of, no apology, no other option. Just cash or no food. Didn't even offer for me to take the food THEY HAD ALREADY MADE and was waiting at the window when it was probably going in the trash. Just frustrated and annoyed.

McDonald's is McDonald's, I dont think that there would ever be a situation where I stop and think, WOW, this particular McDonald's has topped them all lol. The foods the same, the service is pretty much the same everywhere, and maybe if a McDonald's would make a big kids play area, like a massive ball pit where adults can jump into and just hang out, I think they will always be the same.

SHOULD HAVE BROUGHT A STRAW!!! I know it’s fast food, but that doesn’t mean there shouldn’t be slight quality or care in food prep. It was late 1am and I didn’t even want to write this review but it is worth the rant. I pulled into drive thru, only one in line….’two double cheeseburgers please.’ Ok, $7+Can we all know nothing is cheap anymore….yikes! Wait what seems to be excessive for this time of night, about 6 minutes or better. But that’s usually been a good experience at most times, fresh!! ‘Right.’ Start driving home and open the first burger, it’s dark but my sense of touch isn’t affected in the dark. The patties weren’t even situated on the bun, overlapping on opposite sides. My hand was soaking wet, pulled over turned on the light and it was covered, covered in grease!! ‘Come on’ I say, ‘really’…. Now I’m hungry at this point, especially enough to eat there which we avoid like the plague due to this exact reason. Well I’ll try the next maybe this one was old or something I dunno. Nope! Same darn thing, even worse actually. Threw them both in the trash and ate cereal at home, what a waste of time and money. I wouldn’t have complained but this has happened now a dozen times. Bye McDonalds….well maybe the occasional coffee but come on. They can’t mess that up can they??
