Everytime I come here there's a problem. You ask for fresh fries they give you 15min old fries and lie to your face. I know personally I used to work for them a long time ago. Tonight was crazy they had 2 employees standing outside smoking and having a great conversation. Meanwhile, the line was wrapping around the parking lot. We were in that line for 40 minutes. Outrageous!!!

I have two chicken chalupas and a chicken taco. And my dad had a Crunchwrap and a beef taco. Both mine and my father's tacos were mostly lettuce I had about five pieces of chicken in each taco there is no cheese it was basically a veggie taco it was nasty

I attempted to go here last night and someone came to the speaker and said they are all out of food for the night. I find it unacceptable. If you close at 2am and someone comes at 1:10am you should have the necessary food products to feed said person.

Love the food, normally atleast ok for the experience. They're so popular that they're always out of things.

This place is usually decent, they forget stuff a lot, but today I got a chalupa and the shell is so hard and dry that I can't eat it. It's old or overcooked and should have been thrown away instead of served. I gave up even trying to eat it after two bites.

I waited for 25 minutes in drive-thru... Next-door chick-fil-a served around 30 cars, while this taco bell only served 4 cars.
They definitely don't know how to run their business... Looks like they don't wanna make money -.- next time I'll just go to chick fill A

The bell in Monroe has never failed me. Friendly and clean. Drive through was quick and employee was very friendly.

Never opens on time. Always out of key ingredients. We ordered breakfast burritos when we get there to pick up, they say we're out of egg and can make it without them. Humm what would be on them. Worst place...
