Subway

Absolutely terrible customer service, guy behind the counter had terrible manners and cursing at people for sitting down as he said it's carry out only. There is no visual notice of that. Also very light on the condiments. No drink machine, bottles only. I will never get food from this subway again, and I will do everything I can to prevent anyone else I know from doing so also. The guy working today needs fired and the store needs subway to remove their franchise.

I ordered food on the app to get there and the store was closed. I was charged $27 and never got my food nor my money back. They won’t answer their phone and when I went in person I was told to call an 800 number where you never get anyone. I asked if I could just get my food and was told no. If I wanted food I had to pay again. This is the worst place ever. Don’t eat here. They rip you off. If the place is closed then why accept my order act like it’s ready and no one there?

This is the worst Subway I have ever been in. I don't know how they stay in business.Their prices on all sandwiches are higher than other Subways in the area.They don't participate in most of Subways promotions.Their customer service is sorely lacking and employees are poorly trained.I will never eat there again and that's a shame because it's a mile from my house. The Subway at the Grove in Walnut Grove next door to Dominos’s, DO NOT waste your money. They are RUDE AS HELL. I’m in the food industry and always kind to people. The woman who waited on my daughter was horrible toward her. I wish to God I had went in with her. Been going there for years. NEVER AGAIN!!!! ZERO STARS

I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star, if I could give negative stars I would and it definitely would be a -5 star but I had to give it something in order to write this review. The customer service is absolutely terrible they are very rude with attitudes to the customers a.k.a. the ones that pay their bills for spending the money there! If you try and call in a order or speak with a human being to talk to don’t even try because they don’t pick up the phone or they take the phone off the hook there was one point where I called 32 times until someone answered the phone and as I proceeded to talk to the person that had finally answered the phone after 32 calls they had the nerve to ask me to call back in 10 minutes because their words/the MANAGER “they are busy” that’s how you run a business successfully into the ground. If you are considering eating at this subway for breakfast/lunch/dinner I recommend driving a little bit further or out of the way to a different one if possible to get better service and better food rather than WASTE your money at this Subway! It is absolutely ridiculous and this is not the first time this has happened. I’ve had multiple multiple multiple issues happen at this specific subway. And if all the other reviews doesn’t show you that this place is absolutely sucks then go ahead and waste your money because that’s exactly what you’ll be doing. This subway needs to be shut down and the employees need to get fired and something else needs to be put there! They never have any other bread beside white and wheat and sometimes they don’t even have white! They run out of everything or are to lazy to make it or to dumb to do the inventory right. This place is NOT a “hit or miss” place. IT IS AN ABSOLUTE MISS!!!!!! I will not be wasting my money or time on this place they call a “business”. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE. There is a Waffle House right down the road from this subway and they have GREAT SERVICE AND FOOD! GO THERE! NOT SUBWAY!

This is by far the worst sandwich shop ever! They don't take coupons, they rarely have what you order, NEVER have soup, yet they advertise it. This place needs to close their doors and open a competitors business, Jersey Mike's, Blimpie, Firehouse or let someone take over this business that actually CARES about the business and it's customers! Ridiculous!
