Marco's Pizza

They are totally not ready for service. No drivers but willing to take your money and then call you to say you have to come get it! Then when I asked her if it was ready she lies and says yes when rhea didn't even start making it yet. They don't have all of the ingredients. Half the staff is not focused. And the Marcos sign is Off so you'd totally miss it from the street. Your better off going somewhere else!!!! Don't waste your time.

Haven’t eaten here in a while I had forgotten how good the food and customer service was.. my food still didn’t take long they kept me in formed while I waited on my 3 pizza which I placed when I got here and not over the phone but the two young lady’s KATIE AND shaday were the heart and Michael was the soul I saw him wash his hands and change gloves after everything he did Past 5 stars

This is my favorite pizza place by far. Unfortunately, I can't order from them anymore. They don't pick up the phone and the Marco's website won't let me order from this location. I tried to find someone to contact regarding the website issues and that website doesn't work either. Edit: I've never been more happy to edit a Google review. After 6 months of being closed, this location has reopened with new owners and is somehow even better than before. I would definitely recommend this as some of the best pizza in Covington.

Seems to be a good location.Everything I have ever ordered has been good but it could probably be better.The employees have always been friendly and the restaurant looks clean.Its my opinion that the sandwiches are very pricey for what you actually get.I have never called ahead and they are always very quick on getting my order ready.

Fantastic pizza. When you get it. Called again last night, girl answers the phone and I won't insult intelligence so I'll say she was absolutely stoned out of her mind. 3 attempts at the address, she tries to repeat (snickering in background) and still can't figure it out. This was the second attempt on a different day, the first time around 6pm they never picked up. That was on a Monday. Was gonna use them for the office party but I think I'll go with Dominoes. Feel sorry for this franchise owner. He probably doesn't know how much he has lost. Great pizza though
