Wendy's

Wow, to say I am disappointed is an understatement. Out of grilled chicken?? How does a place run out of grilled chicken? Then to top it off once i received my salad it only had half of the ingredients on it. There is no way any establishment will be able to stay open and running if they don't hire workers that care. The young lady taking orders and at the window had the personality of a wet mop... do better Wendy's!

Rude and disrespectful! Lady was snappy because she couldn't hear us which was not our fault as my husband was practically yelling our order. Then we get to the window and they tell us to pull up. Having dealt with this before, I told my husband not to because no one was behind us and I won't contribute to them being lazy and inefficient since they wanted us off their clock that was timing them to get them job done quickly. They come back to the window and they ask again. He says no one is behind us, that we can wait and they tell him he needs to pull up and get off their clock. He makes them go into explanation even though we know exactly what they are doing to cheat their system so they can look like they are doing a good job even though they are doing very poorly. We ask if we stayed if it would make them give us our food faster and they said no, he's running their clock and started getting more rude. Won't be going back ever! I hope their manager or owner finds out their behavior and cleans house!
