Wendy's

At first I was pleased everyone was nice to us in drive thru,but I had to go through drive thru second time to collect my rewards frosty and two workers were nice the third came up and said they were out of frosty's and I lost my reward from the app.... Winston Avenue Wendy's people look out for the long hair ride boy....

Came to this location, ordered two medium fries and two medium chocolate frostys, .they rudely greeted me with CASH ONLY! The young lady taking my order was very very rude. It seemed as if they were hoping cars would leave, many drove off as I continued to wait 28 minutes. Once I got to the window the girl just held her handout for my money, didn’t say one word to me. She had on a tye dye hoodie no name badge on, very bad service here. As they are letting all the cars sit or drive off another employee is out in the parking lot walking around eating a Wendy’s sandwich. Thought that looked really bad too, but not as bad as the brown headed teen wearing her tye dye hoodie with her rude nasty attitude. As she handed me my bag she rolled her eyes and slammed her window lol and I didn’t even say anything except THANK YOU LOL

I like Wendy's okay. I used to love their hamburgers, back in the day, now they're just a little thin piece of meat on some flour that's called a bun. I go to Wendy's for their salads! Their apple pecan salad is tolerable for a quick lunch salad and quite frankly I enjoy it most days. Service is okay considering the times we live in.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, I really do. But honest feedback helps us grow by learning what we can improve upon. My order was placed online, which should’ve ensured accuracy, by eliminating the possibility of miscommunication. I arrived near closing time and entered the drive thru line. At the window I was asked to pull forward to wait for my food. As closing time and the other cars passed, I began to wonder if they had forgotten about me. Finally the door opened and I was told they were making sure I had everything. Well, half my order was missing. (2 medium fries and 2-4 pieces nugget’s with sauce). Kinda puts me in a bad spot when I have to explain to the kiddos why they’ll need to fix PB&J’s after I’ve been gone so long and paid for meals. Just a bummer. At least if they were going to pull my car and make me wait that long, the order should’ve be made correctly.
