Wendy's

My fault for even thinking Wendy’s was a good late night snack idea coming home after a late workout, but pull into drive through at 11:35pm and am promptly told “we’re closed” over the intercom. I said oh really, what time do y’all close because it’s posted as midnight? She replies “now”. I pass through and there was 3 or 4 workers standing around inside just chitchatting. Sorry I betrayed you chick fil a, I’ve learned my lesson.

Staff is horribly rude, unhelpful, serves cold food with a major side of bad customer service. I thought maybe the 1st time I went to wendys the staff was just having a bad night but Tonight I decided to go back for the 2nd time which turn out to be a horrible idea. The same staff was working as before they rush you while ordering, when app wasn't working correctly they just stand there starring at you instead of offering help or solution making unnecessary comments, Rudely shoves your cold bag of expensive food out the window without saying anything and of course no napkins, receipt or good customer service. Lost this famous for life!!!

Even tho the line was long, the person taking my order was nice and helpful. The food was absolutely the best Wendy's food I've ever had, as well. The junior bacon cheeseburger was loaded with bacon and the fries were hot and fresh. I don't eat Wendy's very often but I would eat here again anytime!

I just spent $22.00 on a regular classic burger and a bacon classic burger with large fries and coke. Received no bacon or tomatoes, bread was vey soggy, fries cold. Cokes was flat.. one burger came in a chicken wrapper. Horrible service. Do waste your time and money. Cashier was very rude. This was a waste of money because I wasn't able to eat a thing.
