Which Wich

Food quality is very good. Their menu has changed and they got rid of some sandwiches I like. Now for the bad. They are never open. I went numerous times during the week for lunch to try to order a sandwich and the place was dark and locked. Supposedly, open on weekends only but who knows. I don’t know how being a national chain you can only be open sporadically when no one else is doing that. You cannot blame Covid anymore. Corporate office should find new owners or manager or shut this place down. I go to Jersey Mikes now. Which Wich lost my business!

We've had food from here a number of times, almost always been terrific, sometimes a tiny hiccup. However, this time wasn't tiny. The photos below are of my 14 inch "Wicked" Wich, and it was missing ALL the Veggies I asked for (Avocado, Spinach, Tomato, Olives). My Daughter's Wich order was nearly identical, except she had also asked for Pesto, Hot Pepper mix, Olive Salad, and Jalapenos on her Wich. Sadly, those were all missing from her Wich. I did call, as soon as I had opened my Wich and saw the issues. I was assured that all the veggies were on it. I was asked to come back to the store, to which I politely declined as it took 20 minutes alone for my Daughter to drive back to the house from there. I offered to send photos, and the young lady put me on hold to reach her Manager. She returned to the call without having been able to reach her, but took my phone # and name, assuring me she would have her contact me. After taking the photos below, I went in the kitchen and found some tomato and olives, so I could at least have something other than meat and cheese. Hopefully someone DOES get back with me, however, I have my doubts that they will.

Great alternative to Subway. I really love the idea of designing your sandwich before getting in line. They also have a lot more choices of toppings then subway. They have a decent rewards program where you can earn free drinks and sandwiches. The problem is I wish they had more locations. Here in Covington, LA there is only one. I would visit more often if they had a location more convenient to us.

Really fast service and friendly staff. They have several new sandwiches which seem really tasty. Good place for a good, quick, and relatively quick lunch. They do have healthier options like lettuce wraps or even just dumping ingredients in a bowl without bread. U can pretty much customize the sandwich however u want by checking off boxes.

Very clean. I had a turkey club that was seething with avacado. The bread is tasty. Fries were very crispy for crinkle cut fries. I definitely will visit again. The ordering system is confusing to me, though. Gotta pick a bag under a category and then order something in the bag. This really is overwhelming for me and a poor choice for the brand. Need to simplify the way to order, or maybe I'm missing something here.

I took off one star because compared to their competitors, the 24.00 and change my wife and I paid for two "meals" the quantity just wasn't enough. Quality was amazing though, gotta hand it to them there. The second star was taken away for cleanliness at this particular restaurant. We were one of two couple in there at lunch time, and while one person made our sandwiches the other two out of three people stood around chatting instead of cleaning the cluttered floor and absolutely nasty tables. We actually had to grab a napkin and wipe our own table off just to sit down. Really disappointed with that. I will definitely return as the food was amazing taste and freshness wise (but be forewarned there is no "non-toasted" option for your bread) but will not be doing so at this location. When it comes to cleanliness in the food service industry, nasty floors and tables are a big no-no for me, especially when there is no excuse for it because the place was dead.

Discrimination with me. I was waiting for my sandwich for 25 minutes and she still didn’t game me my only one small sandwich. Whoever came after me four separate transactions I saw they received before me. Then I told them i want to cancel my order then the lady said to me it’s already in process. After 4 minutes I got my sandwich. When I told her that you gave sandwiches who came after me that’s not fair, she was laughing on me. No sorry or no apology they had used. When I open my sandwich on the car it was whole soggy. The vegetables were spread everywhere out of sandwich usually it’s nice and neat. It had lots of oil when I lifted even though I didn’t pick oil as a dressing. Racist and it’s not acceptable.
