Pho Saigon

Called an hour before they close to make an order to pick up... as soon as she took my order she pauses, comes back on the phone and says "sorry we are out of food" really? Talk about lazy. I could see MAYBE if I called 5 minutes before they closed. If you close at 7:45... TAKE ORDERS UNTIL YOU CLOSE.

I called yesterday to order some pho for pickup. Not only were they friendly on the phone but super friendly in person. I got the shrimp Pho, it was amazing! The broth itself had very good flavor. The veggies were fresh, it was perfectly packed with Hosing sauce and didn't have to ask for Sriracha sauce since it was already in the bag. The portions were so big I couldn't finish it and the price was reasonable. I will be back for more! My only suggestion would be for any restaurant is to switch to compostable to go containers, I'm willing to pay the .15 cent difference.

We have been here twice now. There are quite a few Pho restaurants in Covington, and Pho Saigon is among the best. Quick and friendly service, and good quality eats! During this visit, we had the Spring Rolls, Beef Vermicelli, and the Specialty Pho. All were top notch. Would come back, and would recommend!

I visited with my mother since we both used to live in Houston and would go to Pho Saigon weekly, it's the best pho I could get outside of houston. The vermicelli is fresh and flavorful the chicken so savory . The combo pho, dac biet,the broth is so rich like it is at all the pho saigon locations in Texas, it brings me back, the meat is legit in flavor and proportion and the fresh spring rolls are the beds I've had around here. Definitly a great vietnamese joint if you love authentic food. Its worth the half hour drive.
