What a FANTASTIC day. Just done a chocolate making class with my friend Sandra. The tutor and also the owner Tony, was absolutely fantastic and also has a great sense of humor. He showed us how to make the chocolates he sells in his shop from start to finish. If you are a looking for something different to do or to treat someone, I highly reccomened you give this a go. Best Chocolate!!! My first visit to France and I wanted to experience chocolate from a real chocolatier. While walking the streets of Reims we came across this shop. The owner spoke very little English and we spoke very little French but he was so nice and welcoming to us. We got a large box with an assortment of all his chocolates, they are fabulous. He takes great pride in his work and it definitely shows. Visiting his shoppe is one of the best memories of the trip.

Brownies you dream about! They make the BEST chocolate brownies! I actually dreamt about their brownies last night and had to stop by for one (or four!) on my way home from work. I just couldn't choose which flavour to have so of course had to buy nearly one each. I cannot chose a favourite but so far I LOVE orange..... and also peanut butter! I've also tried their a couple of their chocolates, they look almost too good to eat but they taste amazing! Their delicate boxes and beautiful flavours will make great Christmas gifts this year!
