Subway

We were on a long road trip and stopped for a quick bite. The restaurant seemed clean and new looking compared to many subways I've seen. A girl named Tera greeted us and happily said "Welcome to the land where sandwiches are made!" She was fun and polite. She started our order and asked us about our trip. Things were going well until this rude bitter faced guy named Thomas (maybe the manager or owner?) rushed up and snapped at Tera to go back to cutting bread. They weren't busy or anything- it was 3:30 in the afternoon and one other person was there. No need for this horrible rush. He stared at us like we just took a dump on his floor. He snapped "what do you want on this?!?" And I completely lost track of what I had wanted to even order. I just mumbled "turkey." I couldn't think of anything else- I felt like I was being scolded just for being there. He rushed us through and the sandwiches weren't very good. The only reason I'm giving this rating any stars at all is because if the first minute of our experience with Tera. If this guy is the manager, he needs to be fired- he doesn't like his job. If he's the owner- Tera needs to find a different job where she'll be respected and they actually appreciate her customer service talent.

This is the worst Subway I've ever eaten at. First of all the sandwich I ordered could not be made because they were out of Turkey! How does that happen??!! Then I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich, toasted and it was COLD! Then my husband wanted a steak and cheese, toasted with tomatoe and they were out of tomatoe and his sandwich was also cold. Won't be eating there again. Florence Oregon is the best Subway!

Four people behind the counter, the store was empty. It was five minutes to get service... all Four of us in my party felt as if we were in a fish bowl.. they just stared at us 'till one of them was directed to step-up, by a fifth person at the drive-up.. we finally ordered only to get the worst sandwiches ever! There was a strong, lingering odor from the bread of all our orders and my wife got apple juice with a half inch of sludge on the bottom of the bottle... don't expect any consideration there... don't even ask, we tried.

This blonde chick was working the counter today 4/11/22, her hair was all in my food. She was wearing the uniform tied up into a belly shirt, and was acting intoxicated. I turned to my husband and turned back and she was vaping. She was also taking to her phone, I think she was on the tik toc app.. We heard the phone ring about 4 times she didn’t pick up one call. Poor service these children these days…

Wow! 5 people on shift, plus 1 manager, and it was still 20 minutes for 1 sandwich. Only one girl was making sandwiches, but she was working on a large online order in between drive-thry orders. Waited 5+ minutes, went to the restroom, washed my face, came back and waited another 5-10 minutes. Only after 2 other people walked in after me did another girl saunter over and take my order. For someone who has been driving ALL DAY and still has 3 hours until my destination, this was bullcrap.
