Update Feb 2023 Happy to see changes & improvements! Come by in the morning & you generally get great, friendly service. There's usually hot coffee ready (pray for the unflavored choices to be fresh), it's busy but doesn't take too long to get in & out. They finally started closing up the dumpster area so there's not people living back there & accosting you for money when you try to go in (at least during the day). Unfortunately still a bit understaffed so randomly closed during the afternoon / evenings for the employees to get a bathroom or lunch break, as per the signs on the door - I haven't bothered to check if they still close from 12am-4am some nights. The Shell & Arco stations next to them are definitely picking up some customers because of this, despite having a smaller selection. At least a few 7-Select products still aren't available so there's less items available to spend your rewards points on, but you do get a coffee discount as well as a free one after 6 purchases. To my surprise they did have a carton of small eggs when I was desperate and didn't want to drive 20 mins to a grocery store, which was nice, but the price on a tiny carton of half & half for my coffee had doubled in price which was less nice. Overall it's not the most convenient store ever but a solid choice during the day and a bit more of a gamble after dark.

The only reason that I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is just the atmosphere I don't know what it is about this 7-Eleven it's just in the wrong spot you can't really see it from the main road. But the staff is really friendly and everybody seems to like mummy money in front of the stores cuz I've done that before and I made some extra money people around here really nice 1 time 15 years ago I walked in and grab the chase thing off the counter and ran out with it cuz I was addicted to drugs thank God that I didn't get in trouble for that at least I'm off drugs now though but I would definitely recommend going here if I was somebody looking for some fresh coffee or a friendly face as far as 7-Eleven goes this is one of the cleanest.
