Subway

Just went to Subway. very disappointed. They didn't carry half the ingredients everyone in line including me requested. They said they're discontinued. To name a few no tomato basil wraps spinach wraps no cucumbers..... If I wanted next to no ingredient options on my sub I would just go to Jimmy John's.

If only I could give zero stars.....🤦🏻‍♀️omg where do I start? This store is ran almost solely on teenagers and ones with no interest in performing the simplest task correctly. Teen 1 asked what I would like and I told him I wanted to share a foot long with my bf and we wanted it cut in half. When he chose our bread if choice he handled it as if it was some animal trying to escape and smashed the thing into a pancake while trying to slice it open. I asked him to redo it because I don't order a pita pocket🤦🏻‍♀️ He managed to be slightly more delicate this time but refused to cut the sandwich in half before adding cheese. (I'm allergic to peppers and my bf gets pepper jack cheese) After adding our cheeses he toasted it and the cheese obviously melted together. Ok, move onto "miss bad attitude already" teen number 2. I ask her to cut my sandwich in half and...well....I guess the don't have measuring grids on the cutting board because one half was only about 3 inches long.....altho, she didn't get pepper jack cheese on my itty bitty half. At that point I walked out and told them I would go somewhere else because they didn't know what they were doing. It was rude on my part but not entirely untrue. Subway....please stop hiring teens or make sure and adult is watching them. THERE WAS NOT A SINGLE ADULT ON STAFF..... And these children should not be running an entire establishment by themselves, especially if they have no skills to make a simple sandwich.

So tried to walk in the door today at 7 pm. Open sign is on , barely get the door open and the girl screams at me and says we are closed!!! The most unprofessional rude most absolutely disgusting experience I have ever experienced, the hours on the door say they close at 9PM. I will be contacting subway headquarters and I'm also calling the health department because there was food out on the bar but it was not turned on which means it was hot,

Got out to go in with coupons in hand only to be welcomed by a sign on door stating they do not accept any coupons whether online or instore. Really? What a joke. Asked the worker at counter why they don't accept Subway coupons and he shrugged his shoulders and said the owner was cheap. We went ahead and got 2 sandwiches and left. Go to Subway in Palmyra they accept Subway coupons and make great sandwiches there.
