Subway

****VERY SORRY*** if you already went here. I've been to so many different subways, and sure you have too, this? This is probably a independent/franchise. They run it the way they feel like. Open & close when they want. there is more bad feedback than good. We were only there one time, and like you, poor service, didn't speak good English or understand. There ads were wrong. We never got to eat there, which is fine with us. Anyway I hope this helps.

In all fairness, Subway is a franchise/chain and must abide by certain standards. I have gone to this Subway 3 times in the last 2 months and I have to say that it is NOT ran well. 1. They always run out of ingredients such as cheese, lettuce, meat... yes, the basics required to make a sandwich. A manager is supposed to properly inventory and order supplies to ensure there are enough ingredients. 2. It seems the staff here is overwhelmed as well. There is always a long wait and today a lady was upset and commented that it took her 45 minutes to get her sandwich. I feel bad for the staff because they do their job but maybe they do such high volume that they fall behind on orders. Also keep in mind that due to Covid, not a lot of people are allowed in the store so maybe they can’t have more than 2 employees per shift, I don’t know. 3. I placed my order online and it said my order was being prepared and they hadn’t even stated preparing my sandwich. Then I received notification that the order was ready and they were barely making the order. I go to Subway for the convenience and this Subway is very, very slow and I think it might be in part to them not have the managerial support. Customers took the slow service personally and started yelling at the staff and I think the employees try their best. Management needs to step it up and help their employees.

Great Subway with friendly service, looks like a unique location with some large doors that they let many people in! Going thru them must be popular since people dont come out from there! The clerk told me they're selling "cool stuff" back there! Dont know why they have to lock the doors though.... At least they have soup and a great toasted tuna sandwich!
