Which Wich

The pros: the sandwich was fresh and tasty, and the price was fair. The cons: the menu has changed, and a number of sandwich toppings have disappeared from the bag - to start, no hummus and fewer veggies. This particular store offered a friendly greeting and good service at the counter. The three employees in the back were lost and slow. No sense of urgency. I waited 40 minutes to get my sandwich. When I ordered, there were two customers ahead of me. Again, a good sandwich, but not special enough to be worth the extra long wait.

Disappointed with the food here. I got the Cali Club and it epitomized a mediocre sandwich. There were two slices of turkey in the whole thing, the avocado was all on one side of the sandwich and the bread was toasted but somehow still seemed stale. The sandwich was overloaded with lettuce -- as in, I was able to make a pile an inch high of all the lettuce that had fallen out while eating. For a $14 large sandwich you'd expect something a little better than a sandwich you could probably pick up at a gas station or grocery store for a couple of dollars. The service was OK but nothing special. The guy who was bringing the sandwich also accidentally dropped it on the way over. Thankfully the hard bread broke the fall.
