Rally's

I don’t know who serviced me to night because I was busy but he sounded so sad! The line was really long and it seemed like it was just him or one other person! Regardless I had great service tonight! He went above and beyond for us and y’all need to give them workers a raise or bonus or something!! 10/10 food was fresh and tasty!

This place is great I got a baconzilla combo for under $6 bucks with the coupon they text you the fries where some of the best I have ever had The burger was huge and really good The food came out fast I will definitely be back Oh yeah they got some good Mr. Pibb and You got to get the chili cheese fries they are amazing. The big Buford was good but way too messy definitely get extra napkin's the new steak melt was horrible it tastes like dog food the Roadhouse burger is okay but it's got nothing on Carl's Jr double Western apple pies are really good

Every time we go to rallys we get horrible service and cold food. The first time we went they lost our order and It took 45 minutes for them to realize it. They didn't apologize or offer to make the food. They only gave me my money back and I left. I decided to give them another chance since I love the rallys in Arizona. This time we got semi ok service, but the food was really good and fresh. It took less than 3 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I got my food. I hope that they see this review so they will improve their customer service and how they operate.

Well let's see..how do I explain Incompetence I know one word Rally's!! The location in Corona is terrible never have I had to wait more than 5 min to be told they are out of what I asked. They also are open at random times!? So what's the deal with coupons for dollar fries, its on the window does not say you need a coupon anywhere! Then if that's not good enough it took them another 5 min maybe longer to give me back my refund. It's not rocket science She said it was $2.58 I gave them 3 dollars so do the math. Anyways don't waste your time coming to this location not worth the aggravation.

This location seems to be getting only more disappointing. Besides the times they randomly don't want to be open, they changed their rules suddenly on needing a coupon which we never needed before with the $1 fries. It took over five minutes for the girl to come back and tell us the slushie wasn't working then took another 5 minutes to get us our refund.

This Rally's site is clean and the employees are super friendly. We don't go there often, but every time we do, the employees never try to rush us to order. The Rally's I remember from growing up in the southeast was awesome, and this location lives up to that memory. Also, the chocolate shakes are to die for!! Wish there were more Rally's locations in my region.
