Dunkin'

I go here all the time since it’s so close to my house. I love the coffee here they actually give you light ice when you ask and love the donuts especially the munchkins. Their prices are better than Starbucks in my opinion because they always seem to have coupons and promotions for the rewards program. The drive thru line usually is full in the morning but it goes by as smoothly as they can. The workers here are always friendly. One of them even knows me by name and hands me my mobile order before I say and when I have my dog they offer me a pup cup.

12/3/2022: The customer service quality increased significantly in the last few months - the employees are much nicer and more courteous consistently. The food this morning (cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese and iced original cappuccino with skim milk) was especially delicious (the bagel was toasty and chewy and there was plenty of cream cheese, and I could really taste the espresso, both of which I prefer!). Hands down a superb improvement from a few months ago. On Saturday 8/20/2022, whoever was on shift around 6:23am at drive-thru was especially rude to me. I asked for a cup holder and she said “We don’t have those, you only have one drink”. So I got my food and went inside and sure enough they had cup holders. I hope this location does something about the rude employees. ~03/2022: The food is usually great, but the customer service quality is hit or miss (most cashiers at this location have bad attitudes, like they don’t care at all and don’t want to work there, and few have good attitudes). Today my bagel was burnt and had very little cream cheese on it (usually the bagel is pleasantly soft and there’s plenty of cream cheese). The medium original hot cappuccino and the hash browns were good though.

First time at this location and honestly, first time in a long time at Dunkin Donuts lol I love the design inside and it’s very spacious and organized. Everyone was very nice and the donuts were bomb. We had the kinda vegan or vegetarian breakfast sandwich and honestly...the bread was twice the size of the patty. Like, the patty was okay, but not amazing. I kinda wish they would have added a second parry or something for the price. Also, I’m pretty sure it’s regular cheese that they put on it and I was sad it wasn’t fully vegan...like...have at least one vegan option and diversify a little lol Other than that, this place is great!

I love Dunkin Donuts. So glad there is one near by now! Clean location. Quick service and great coffee. Forget Starbucks and come here instead. They have a drive thru as well. It’s a great place to stop and get a test for the office. They also make a pretty good Power Breakfast sandwich if you are looking for something healthy.
