Wanted a 12 pack of donuts as a treat for a team but all they had at 0700 was the boring ones (no Boston creams!).
And same with tidbits, just the boring ones.
I guess I could have ordered ahead but I doubt they would have made them especially for me.
Staff friendly though, and location was clean and efficient.

Cornwall Tim's is ok. Most of the time . Though,not sure why ordering with just milk became difficult. A coffee with milk is a coffee with 1 milk. 2 coffees with milk is not 2 coffees with 2 milk

Very friendly staff. Been there a couple of times and the manager is always talking down to the employees and not showing any respect towards them

Slow inside and the drive thru you usually have to scream over and over for them to understand you so I think they have something wrong with the mic for customers personally

Always friendly and courteous but often have to wait for the long line in the drive-thru. Every Sunday morning we grab a coffee on our way to church but the lines are often long and result in us skipping out. 10 am Sundays seem to always be long lineups.

Ordered a chicken wrap combo with wedges, a tea, and a beyond burger. Paid my bill, went to wait for my food in the designated area only to be told ~5 minutes later that there weren't any beyond burger or wedges available. This was at 5pm on a Thursday. Not sure how a "restaurant" can run out of their menu items; especially the ones they promote so much of. Got a full refund and left. They did give me my tea on the house, but only because it was already poured I think.

Bathrooms are rather disgusting. I used it anyway to find no soap. Told an employee, who grunted something in my direction. Nobody came to change the soap so I just left my food there. I've been taught since I was a kid to wash up before eating. Especially after using the bathroom . The manager of this Tim's doesn't think hand washing is important. Also full of flies. Disgusting. Robin's could use your business and they're much faster.
