It's sad when you have to go to another state for Baskin Robbins! Made our whole trip! The BEST ice cream ever!!! It was a brand new building and the kids working there were super nice!

We left a wallet there on counter 5/16 with significant amount of cash and credit cards. Hands were full. Did not realize until we got to Florence, Al for a funeral. Have tried to call number listed at least 35 times. No answer. Have left msgs. Stopped by 5/17 on the way back home and lady was too busy to help. Please listen to your msgs and call us back.

Still a three star, ice cream for weeks continued to have ice in the scoops. Flavors were chocolate and strawberry.

Great establishment. The new location is huge with lots of seating room. The mocha cappuccino blast with jamocoa almond fudge ice cream is my favorite. All the employees are great and give service with a smile and kindness.

Figured I would go get this place out since they are in a new location, well my experience was horrible. As I was waiting in line, none of the workers had on gloves. One of the workers was organizing the cones, and was putting their fingers on the inside of them. Don’t go to this place if you like your food to be clean.

Me: Um... yeah... it's 'like a shake' I guess.
(pull up to window)
Drive thru girl: Um... we don't have malts here.

Got there at 845pm and was in line behind 4 cars for 15 mins until someone said they were closed. They dont close at 10pm... idk if they were even open at 830 or 9.

Servers all ignored my seven year old and self, no acknowledgment that we were there, and was not busy, pretty disheartening for a family company.
