Great experience for my 3 year old grand daughter's birthday. We had a late morning early afternoon party. All the kids had a great time. All of the machines were working and it wasnt too crowded! The remodel from the last time we were there made the good time even better. Plenty of extra tables and banquettes. After the official party was over, we moved to an outer banquette and stayed an extra hour and a half. They added hot wings to the menu too. The adults loved having an alternate selection but enjoyed pizzas too.

I just went in today and was amazed at how clean and organized this place was. However what got to me was the kindness of the staff. They were so sweet and considerate to my son and family. Thank you for making this day amazing! This was my sons first time here but definitely not going to be his last! Thank you again! 🥰🥰🥰

My brother wanted to take my 3 year old son here because he never been and he wanted his nephew to experience this place. My son did enjoy hisself playing the games though a few machines took his money, we didn’t complain about that…. We ordered 2 pizzas, wings, cookie, 4 drinks, and three salad bars.. we also got two player cards. We spent about 200 bucks in there ….the salad bar was terrible and the attitude of the workers were too except a few were pleasant… the salad bar 10.99 per person and that was pricey considering the limit stuff on the bar…I wish I got the name of the one young lady with the horrible attitude, she even got one with my brother when he asked about the sale bar… the young man was in the middle of helping my son choose his prize and she asked him to go get something from the back. He just walked off leaving us there and she didn’t even try to finish the task he was doing with us…I felt that was rude, her customer service sucks! The ladies I first encountered were very nice and helpful.. we may try a different location next time if we decide to go..

I have always loved this place. One of my favorite features was the hand stamp to protect children from being taken out by someone not in your group. I feel like this last visit failed in that manner. My child and me walked out without being checked, I even offered my hand for the check.. I was in shock af6er many years of coming here and never leaving without them checking. I felt a bit like the safety feature wasn't there this visit. Safety is very important to me.
