Subway

Don't even waste you're time going there. Just go to the one in Neville Island. The bald guy that works here that wears glasses is absolutely terrible and should not be dealing with customers. Absolutely no manners or respect for the customer. As soon as I walked in he started huffing and puffing and there was NO ONE in the store . He was sitting at a table doing nothing. And just had an attitude right from the start as soon as I opened the door to walk in . Every part of the line where he makes sandwiches was disgusting and so was the glass in front of where he makes food . You would think instead of sitting around doing nothing maybe you should clean your area when you have down time instead of being lazy. If you think making sandwiches and interacting with customers is too difficult then you need to get a new job . This was the absolute worst Subway experience I've ever had and you need to be fired ! You know exactly who you are . I get people have bad days but you still should be respectful to customers.

if I could give zero stars I would. they will serve you cold meat. order a steak and cheese toasted. went out to my car took a bite and the steak was freezing cold. went back in dude didn't care and made another went back my car. took a bite and again cold meat so when I went back. store was closed and lights were off this was at 7 Pm they don't close till 8 pm. Shady people who run this place! stay away!

This location and the one on University Blvd are owned by the same people. Dont go in and expect any service at all an hour before they close because they won't serve you. This location kicked me out of the store when I went in at 8pm. The University Blvd location made my sandwich but then wouldn't allow me to eat in. It was 40 minutes till closing. You know how long it takes me to eat a Subway 6"?? Like 10 minutes. BOTH LOCATIONS SAY THEY CLOSE AT 9 but stop serving at 8. Change your information on Google and lock your doors then. I won't go back.

Again, did not have the bread I always get at other locations. Rude, NO customer centric service here! Skimpy amounts of everything, literally ignored me three times asking for a little more spinach. Qcode reader at register didn't work, and absolutely NO help, just quiet stares silently waiting for me to just give up. As if I wasn't really there. I've had a more friendly exchange with self serve checkout machines ... at least there, you get some interaction with a thank you at the end.

Worst Subway restaurant in the area. Came in today with my son and had a special request of no bread for my sons "kids meal" (he hates your bread). The dumb cashier rang up the entire order (apples, milk, sandwich, etc) as an individual item and not as a kids meal and when I complained said she didn't really under English that well. Every time I go to this restaurant something like this happens. Also, never pay cash here I've caught the older Indian lady short changing me more than once. This place isn't worth the hassle.
