I live nearby so I frequent this subway often (less as of late). They are consistently out of tomato’s, ranch, cookies, bottled drinks, napkins, etc. I’ve gone to the subway in North Liberty and I’ve never had issues so I assume it’s just poor management. There’s also a larger kid that wears his mask above his jawline who is rude every time I go in.

The staff here was very friendly. They made sure to notify me that by using my $4 rewards on my $3.50 purchases I would me missing out on 50 cents of rewards. I was very thankful for that information and that she took the time to notify me. She also asked if I wanted a water cup after declining a soda.
We ate in and there was a steady stream of customers and they were very attractive to each one. The place as a whole was very clean and cozy.

Was a little slow but that's because there was one person working, which seems weird because it was almost dinnertime. Other than that food was great and the guy that was working was friendly and quick

This place is a joke. I ordered a protine bowl and only got a handfull of lettace, 2 black olives and with 2 pickels and 2 tomatoes. Really so I paid 9.00 for the small amout a child would eat.

Very bad unprofessional young man helped me. Hat on backwards, pants falling down. Then just took no time and threw the fixings on as thou he didnt care. More concerned about his phone the the customers. Come on Subway you can do better than this.
