I ordered delivery using the SUBWAY APP. I never received my food. This Subway store on Denton Tapp in Coppell, TX cancelled the order(sent email verification of cancellation) and said money will be refunded. Never received refund and was then told it was Door Dash's responsibilty to refund(I didn't order through Door Dash so there was no way for me to know who Subway uses for deliveries). Door Dash said NO, I didn't pay them, I paid Subway. Called the store again and was told to come to the store because the manager was not coming to the phone(was expecting a call from the manager for a few days). So I dropped my trailer and went to the location. Young lady who said she is the manager had a bad attitude from the moment I told her who I am. She reluctantly agreed to remake my order($30.41) worth of food. Sandwiches were made and wrapped then she said the owner said no to correcting their screw up and they would be out of the money if they replaced my food.(sandwiches were already made). And even though Subway contracts with Door Dash they will not call them(I should). I didn't contact Door Dash to order! Today is 12/16/21. The original order was on 12/9/21. I'm still trying to get my money from these people. I called corporate and was told to dispute through my bank but was unable to speak directly to a dispute rep with Subway. What kind of heist is this!!!!!

great location and service, always excellent. 5++, only thing is today I stopped by for lunch, and they ran out of bread, cookies, drink's, lettuce etc. was like smh, saying, to go to the location in either Lewisville or Irving. was all the way dead,

If they are not going to accept the coupons Subway mails out then they should have signs that indicate before customers place orders. Subway sandwiches have way too little protein to merit full price. I'll keep going to jersey Mike's. Their value prop for food is much better

Trying to cut carbs so I decided to try the Steak and Cheese Protein Bowl. The photo online is either deceiving or the staff was cheap. Either way spending over $10 for the bowl and a bag of chips was not worth my money. The meat portion was good but the staff put very little into the bowl. The photo shows full to the brim and mine was barely to the halfway mark.

This Subway it close to my job. They do a good job of maintaining it clean and being careful with social distancing as well. Sandwiches have always been good night complaints here.

I've eaten at Subways across the country and ones in this area only offer limited menu items and not the full variety of sandwich options I've been accustomed to having in my travels such as standard sandwich specials or basic brown mustard. Management says they get to decide what they sell at their restaurants so since they don't want to carry certain items, I won't be giving them my business anymore. Nothing more disappointing then having to settle on something as basic as a sandwich due to bad business practices.

Skip the drive-through here or else they'll get your order wrong NO MATTER how clear, slow and concise you are in ordering, along with EMPHASIZING SAUCE ON THE SIDE TWICE, and you have to go inside to have it fixed anyways, unless you'd want to force the 4+ people behind you to wait another 5 minutes for the employees to re-create your sandwich. I ain't the kind of guy that gets any enjoyment from wasting other people's time. The first time I came here a year ago they messed up my order too, some tiny little girl unloaded 4 tablespoons of mayo on my sandwich. I did not ask for extra mayo, but got a doubled sized portion of it. I'm not returning, it's not worth it.
