Panera Bread

Excellent Panera Bread eatery! This is a clean, well run place to get a good meal. The staff here are friendly, efficient and professional. They are quick to take your order and have it ready for you. I did not use the drive up so I can’t comment on that. The service inside was good, my order was perfect, I have no complaints. There is plenty of parking with easy access to the store.

I am a loyal Panera customer. When we travel, that is where we stop. This Panera was the worst experience I have had at a Panera. First, the employee kept trying to rush us and end the order when we had three people to order for. The line wasn’t long, only one person behind us, so I’m not sure what the hurry was. We ordered a grilled cheese and Mediterranean bowl. I requested extra greens, Arugula is what it comes with. I got a bowl of rice and very little vegetables of any kind. We had two sandwiches and only got one bag of chips. When it came time to eat our food, my MIL ended up eating most of her grilled cheese off the wrapper rather than a sandwich. We had to stop elsewhere because we received no utensils or napkins. Considering how much they charge for food, you think we could get better service. I would skip this Panera and drive to the next exit where there is another Panera. When we come back, we will remember to do so.

Had an ok experience food was freshly prepared as always it was rather empty inside but the drive thru and rapid pick up orders were busy. Unknowingly the young lady behind the counter was touching the trash can when I made her aware of it she changed gloves immediately and apologized. Also informed the manager that I had an avocado peel in my salad she apologized and said they were busy. Also paid for a pastry and didn't receive it, will call to make them aware of it. I'm not going to hold this visit against them life is different and we're all getting acclimated to it.

Horrible customer service. I cannot believe how I was treated. Food came out so cold and old after having me waiting. They offered nothing at all but an apology. Where’s the accommodations for wasting my time !!!! I kept complaining and all I received was a sorry. You’re right. This place is very sorry and should be shut down
