Subway

We had placed an order for 2 sub trays for after services (funeral gathering). We were overwhelmed with gratefulness on attendance (at the service). We knew immediately that 2 may not be enough after we arrived at subway. My husband asked, would it be to much to ask for another tray to be made on such notice. The girls were totally fine with it & so helpful. They teamed up and had us another tray to go asap. Thank you so much Hailey & Jennifer. Y'all are awesome!!

Overpriced for what you get. Bacon quality is meh and it's soggy. The alleged rotisserie chicken is a bunch of flavorless mush. I ordered extra garlic sauce based on a review online and it was still barely any. I don't know if that's just how Subway does it or it's this location. She didn't really distribute things with any care across the length of the sandwich. She spoke with extremely low volume and seemed to misunderstand their menu. I confirmed she was wrong once I got home and went on the Subway site. Didn't have the cookies I ordered but this wasn't mentioned on the site. They shouldn't allow you to pay for something they can't provide. There should be no surprise when you get there where they don't have what you paid for.

Every time I ask for something with egg on it, they say they're out of egg. Has happened 5 or 6 times now. I'm starting to think they just don't want to cook some eggs to make the sandwich. Update: continuing to have problems with this place. Ordered a meatball sub online. I get to the restaurant and they tell me they don't have any meatballs. The guy working didn't know how to refund online orders, so he says he'll write my name down and to come back the next day to get my order. I come back the next day, he didn't write my name down, and they also forgot to take meatballs out of the freezer to thaw. It seems most of the workers here are lacking training. Update: been waiting in line for about 15 minutes now. Haven't moved up any spots. The speaker on their drive through menu has been broken for kver a year.

Today we went to Subway and our sandwich was wrong but that's not even the bad part about it. We actually love going to the subway and today Ashton was on point. The staff still got our sandwich wrong and Ashton made it her mission to make sure it was right. She personally went back and made the sandwich herself. This was awesome customer service and we would like to thank her personally. Would also like to say she should be running this store if she's not in a manager position she should be. She was so nice. Give that girl a raise!!!

Terrible service. Got our order wrong and then acted like it wasn’t their fault. We ordered online, when we got there we were told it would be even longer to get it, so we went and parked. When we got to the window well after when it was supposed to be done, we were given two sandwiches and told to have a good day and the girl immediately closed it on us. We yelled asking where our other stuff was and the girl acted like it was the worst thing to do in the world. We told her multiple times what we had extra, and we got the wrong things for that as well! When we went back through after driving all the way back, they told us we wouldn’t get the correct thing without returning the wrong things they gave us. We had left the chips at home, but what were they going to do... resell them during a pandemic? Will never go back to this subway... oh! And we were told there was no manager on duty, and that they would not be calling one to fix their mistakes and we were told to come back while one was on duty... HAH okay! We will!

Extremely unprofessional. Went in today (03/14/2021) and the staff was talking as if they didn't have guests in the restaurant. The one girl who let's her love handles hang out and has a unibrow made fun of a coustomer after he left. Not to mention yelled past me AT A coustomer as she was serving me.

I ordered online. I asked for a footlong tuna on Italian bread, toasted. With tomatoes, lettuce and black olives and mayo. Got home and unwrapped my sandwich and it's not toasted and had NO cheese. I looked on my receipt and it clearly says toasted with white american cheese. My husbands order was almost correct except his had no mayo. I am very let down by this. And the drive through window operators are so slow. I had to wait in line for ten minutes and with only three cars in front of me. I will not be going back to this location. I will drive the extra mile to Farris.
