I order here often with the same order almost every time, including an eight piece buffalo mild wings (on Wing Wednesdays amiright?!). Well this time I ordered with wings and two Pepsi’s. Did not receive the two pepsis and didn’t receive mild buffalo wings, but a spicier buffalo. Well I called and Miss Patriche (who did deliver to me) resolved my issue by remaking my whole order, brought two pepsis and delivered in a timely manner after I called. Absolutely admire her and her outstanding work ethic, as well as her skills to resolve a customers problem even on a busy hour of the day. Before hand I wanted a refund, but now I just want this woman promoted! Pizza Hut, you’re lucky to have an employee like Patriche so why is she not a manager yet?!

Going to stop going to this restaurant in particular. Lately they’ve had a change with employee roster. Used to be friendly. Even if they mess up orders they won’t replace it now. Something isn’t right and I highly recommend people go to the ones in the Conroe city limits.

I have gotten deliveries from this location several times and everything was fine. Today I call and they “don’t deliver that far out!” I spoke to the “manager” who was rude. If I have to drive to pick up pizza I will drive to places with better customer service.

Waiting here right now for my pazone and the lady here has no clue what she is doing. I ask for the supremo "we dont have it" unmask for the meaty one. "We dont have it" so in ask her so it's on your menue and you dont have it? No just pepperoni. So I ask yet you can make supreme pizza and meaty pizza but not mine. Blank stare.... just wow
