Service women is wonderful and respect customer that she said " sign thank you " make me smiles, she know sign that's why I'm deaf. Thank to Starbucks! This juice is so delicious 😋

Bonnie just confirmed why this is my FAVORITE Starbucks! What a great attitude and winning personality! I definitely love starting my day off with people like this! Not to mention my drink was so delicious! It was gone by the time I made it home. ❤️🥰

This is NOT a good Starbucks to come to. Seems there are a lot of people with bad experience at this Starbucks. I got booted out at 1:30 pm and they closed the lobby. Had to sit outside. Other customers walked up trying to get inside. Heard one person walk off in anger and said, “It’s always something with this Starbucks.”
May be a good idea to shop else where for coffee.

Starbucks has a great brand and their store layouts are great. Oh and the coffee is pretty good too. Like most Starbucks, this location checks the box I'm just about everything. Friendly service, clean store, with a good selection of coffees, sandwiches and egg bites.

Great coffee, I ordered through the app and it said estimated time seven minutes, but it was ready in three minutes!👍
My only complain is that a lot of items were unavailable at the store…
Which is not so nice has a loyal customer who’s been drinking your coffee for the past decades.
Additionally I don’t like the fact that the prices are so high.

Starbucks app is always having issues. I missed out on the drink rewards yesterday due to the app not loading after 5 minutes. UPDATE... Just ordered a Gande Cappuccino and half of it was froth. Called up there and spoke to Tracy, who was very rude. I told her that I'm going to drive back up there for another drink but would appreciate it if she read the Google reviews on this store... in a very sassy tone, she said, "ok, I will." It's clear that this location does not care about customer satisfaction.

Edit September 2020. I've come here twice recently and they don't answer at the drive-thru even though they are open. wth? previously, The customer service is always fantastic. And they are very fast. I expect a lot from this mega chain. At one point they kept running out of coconut milk. Also, their prices seem to be steadily increasing. A medium Americano cost more than $3. Even a simple small coffee is going to set you back More than any other place anywhere around here. But I use the drive-thru frequently because the coffee drinks are good and consistent and the personnel always brighten my day a little bit :-)

I didn't catch their name, but the barista with the blonde curly/wavy hair and amazing style added a surprise sprinkle of cinnamon in my drink and it made it a million times better. Also they somehow read my mind and gave me blonde espresso when I forgot to ask for it. 100000/10 will definitely come here again
