I'm surprised by the number of negative comments. I come here about once a week, usually just to grab a bite while running errands. Haven't ever had a mix up with my order. Love the bkfst burritos, foot longs and especially the green chili cheeseburgers. Tots too. I think some people's expectations are a bit too high for a place like this.

The food is solid and the service is fast. Last time I went in they charged me twice for my food and sonic has refused to issue a refund.
Update: after multiple rounds with sonic customer service, I was told my only recourse was to dispute the charge with my bank. While the dispute was successful eventually, what a crazy way to treat customers. Not this restaurant’s fault though and the burgers are good. Excited to come back again.

So convenient to have this restaurant on The Hill…usually has good service…if I was just passing through, I would not want to go through again…poor customer service…staff had an issue with request for receipt and couldn’t read it anyway…one of this location’s best employees is Rob!! He is friendly and great customer service!!

The clerk was very helpful and kind. He apologized for the delay, when we had our order within five or so minutes. Lmao. How silly.

Worst service ever. The drive thru gets in and out fast than ordering from the walk up boards out front. Then after I drive away my foot long coney was a little short. Foot long bun with a 6” dog. SUPER SHADY way to rip off your customers.

DONT DO BUSINESS HERE! They will try to rip you off if they can get away with it. Ordered a limeade with no ice. When it arrived I opened the cup to find it only 80% full. I asked to get one that was actually filled up. When they gave me the new limeade, it had like 50% ice. Go to the Wendy’s up the road instead

Always something forgotten when I've asked for it.....the Xtra cherries and lime, the mustard for the corn dog.
People there are very friendly and hospitable.
