Really friendly and nice quirky bar.. some great local beers on tap and loads of other available.

The premises are only small, but they are a dog friendly bar. We tend to go for coffee and a cake or a glass of wine, but they do appear to have a reasonable selection of gin types as well.
Staff have always been very friendly and helpful.

Popped in this morning with the other half & our dog for coffee, cake & a pint of cider. It was our first visit & definitely won't be the last. Great service from the lovely lady behind the bar & delicious cake & drinks. A little gem with a nice atmosphere what more could we ask for!

Lovely pub. Cosy beer on tap. People and dog friendly. Perfect for a quick pint (or more...!). Plus they have excellent homemade cake, not sure what more you could want :)

Lived in Mow Cop for 16 years but never been for a drink in Cong. Decided to walk there this winter with a couple of friends and we ended up here. A brilliant pub! Small (not a brewery barn), plenty of atmosphere and brilliant well kept beer. We are already planning to visit again in the New Year.
