If only 0 stars were an option. The cashier (whom I just found out is the manager) is extremely rude. I ordered a 12 in sub and a 6 inch combo with a fountain drink. When I went to fill up the drink there was no diet pop. I requested a refund as the drink was for an individual who is diabetic. After receiving attitude for requesting a refund, I was told I should have asked if there was diet pop. All fountain machines have a diet option - just not at this location. Will NEVER go back.

Been there few times and noticed attitude of the cashier . Her tone lacks politeness and doesn't sound like she understands the basic concept of customer service. I understand that due to COVID-19 certain restrictions have been introduced, but aren't there any friendly/respectful ways to speak about maximum occupancy and asking about proof of vaccination rather than making one feel guilty or inferior ? She acts as if you're a criminal or a burden on her. I lost it finally and didn't forget to show my reaction and give my verbal feedback before walking away. There's an A&W right beside the same intersection and those guys don't deal with just customers walking in but drive-ins as well. However look at their employees and then do an honest comparison
