So let's get the goods out of the way first.
The service was exceptional. The wait staff was accommodating, the atmosphere was good, the price was on point, and the restaurant was clean.
The food, though. It could have been an off day, but it left something to be desired. I would definitely consider giving it a second chance. The home fries were good and the eggs were made correctly, but the corn beef was quite dry and the sauce tasted flat. Like I said, it might have just been day and I'll probably give it another shot.

We stopped at The Post based on the amount of customers they had at the time. Got seated right away inside. The service was very prompt and cordial. Food was great. Good portions and flavors. The pancake was fluffy and flavorful enough that no syrup was required. Great spot, we'll try the original location next.

My family was visiting from New Jersey and Arizona. We were looking for a quick breakfast spot when we stumbled upon the post downtown. The hostess was extremely friendly, the service was incredible, and the food was phenomenal. Upon leaving, my family ordered an assortment of fresh baked muffins for their trip up to Maine. I was informed that all flavors were delicious, but the coffee cake was the crowd favorite. I will definitely be back.

Better quality food makes this place stand out from other breakfast joints. My only complaint is that the in-house made corned beef hash was very dry and not very hash-like. I can tell it has the potential to be amazingly good but maybe it was just an off day. I'll give it another chance and hope for the best.

Delicious breakfast. Very friendly staff. Got the farmers breakfast platter. It was so much food. Asked for extra crispy hashbrowns and it was very crispy. The canadian bacon eggs benedict was perfectly done. Great breakfast staple.

Came in on a late Sunday morning, place was packed. (A good sign to me) I had crepes and my girlfriend had a chicken sandwich. Service was slow, I get a busy restaurant but we waited nearly an hour for relatively basic food. It was very tasty though. I'll definitely try it again hopefully on a less busy day.

First time eating at this location (been going to the pennacook location for years!) And it hit the trifecta! Food, service and atmosphere were all excellent!! Can't wait to come back 😀

Thought we waited to be seated longer than needed but worth the wait
