Food is amazingly good, but the staff was very rude and the attitude was just unnecessary. We ordered few Subs but the person behind the counter was just not having it. I will definitely go and eat @ Firehouse Subs but just not at this location.

Placed an order for pick up at 3:45. When I Arrived at this location at 3:50 I was told that sandwiches have not even began to be made and they would now begin making them. What’s the point of ordering online if they aren’t ready when you arrive to pick them up????

Service was decent, but the guys making the sandwiches, as well as the older lady taking the orders, messed up our daughter’s order, and my husband’s order, too. She is very picky and she only wanted a small turkey sub with provolone, lettuce, and pickles. We told her TWICE what she wanted, and she still didn’t get it right. She got a turkey sub with a ton of Mayo, and no cheese and no pickles. Ridiculous. My husband ordered a steak and cheese and did not ask for mushrooms, and she added them to his order. Again. Ridiculous and unacceptable. We will probably not visit this Firehouse Subs ever again.

Service was bad, I mean pretty bad... this us the first firehouse location where tables are dirty, restroom is dirty, ladies on the counter weren't so interested on giving good service or providing help.... Sorry but if the restaurant is like that I don't even want to think how did they prepare my food...

I showed up on a Saturday evening about 10 minutes to closing with a pretty big order (6 subs) and most employees might be annoyed at having to make such a large order so close to closing … BUT the employees at this location were amazing!! They were so nice and pleasant despite the late night inconvenience. Would definitely recommend this location and would come here again!! Thank you!
