One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a coffee shop. I’m usually a huge Dunkin’ fan, but this one should be shut down. Great Wolf Lodge should lose the franchise. Staff was rude and completely inefficient. At one point, there were 5 people behind the counter, and I still waited over 20 minutes for them to serve the 6 people in front of me. The worst.

What a busy store. The cashier kept the line going, all orders were correct. The staff quite helpful and everything well prepared. Great job in such a busy place.

Coffee and donuts were good. Service was fast but get there early in the morning or it can be really busy. You can also submit an order the night before, leave it on your Great Wolf Lodge door, and have it delivered to your room in the morning

Been waiting in line for 30 minutes. The two people behind the counter could literally care less and move so slow.
But I just met with the manager who was very sweet so I put two more stars 😂

After a second poor experience here i am leaving a review. Significantly more expensive than any other dunkin and not as good. Coffee had crumbs floating in it. Bagel was missing cream cheese.
Delivery to room cost $3 and will not be refunded when the order is wrong. There are plenty of better options within .5 miles.
This location is convenient, but will detract from your enjoyment of great wolf. Start your day elsewhere.

I asked for a toasted croissant with cream cheese and bacon. If incould post the picture of what I was seerved you would be just as disappointed.. a small glob of Cheese and 1 slice of bacon. Then when I took.it back they saw nothing wrong with it. The least they could have done is give me plastic silverware to spread it. Guess I won't be coming back..

Its okay. Its inside the Great Wolf Lodge in Concord, NC. The coffee is delish but its small inside and there's a poor selection of their trademark cups and to go mugs. The baristas were fairly friendly though.
