I can't think of a time where I was disappointed in service from a restaurant as much as this. The manager, Lara, was very, very rude, despite my being polite since I walked in. She looked at me with such consternation and continued to treat me rudely, when I needed explanation on a current promo that I was trying to figure out calmly. There is just no excuse for this type of treatment when the customer is being polite. Also, the toaster was not working. No surprise I ended up not ordering anything because they didn't honor the promo. I don't think I've ever left a restaurant not ordering due to awful treatment from the staff.

At 3:35 pm on 04/03/2022 one Latina about (4’7 ) I came from work to eat my lunch & waiting then when I want to order she said system down we can’t accept your order when I walked out some one walk in she takes order why she didn’t take my order because I’m black she is a racist !!!
This is discriminations in black areas she was discriminated in black person

My order was perfect. I had some complicated sandwiches my server didn't miss a beat. They were perfect.

I was pleasantly surprised....customer service was EXCELLENT!! Jerry's attitude was warm, personable and professional so was Valencia. Even though it was a little busy, they handled it very well. These young people gave me hope about their generation. Jerry can fix my sandwich anytime.

The worst service I ever got the guy told me the toast doesn't work and when other people came and order the toast works for them the sandwiches weren't good

Was in there on a busy day. I had several sandwiches to order. They seemed a bit unorganized but my sandwiches were all right. Just seemed like maybe they weren't used to being busy or something, but overall they did fine and were nice.

Dude it sucked that they didnt have any of those new rib sandwiches when i went because i had it before and or was delicious.
But the girl was nice about it and got me hooked up with my second choice for a footlong. Good customer service and the food was good as always
