Prato 850

We were looking for a restaurant during restaurant week but came across this gem. IT WAS AMAZING !!! The ambiance was really beautiful and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious!!!!!! We ordered the Italian spring roll, the fried goat cheese balls were out of this world !! The SHORT RIB MAC N CHEESE was out of control!!! It was so cheesy and creamy !! Hands down the best mac and cheese I've ever had !!! We also ordered a side of garlic mashed potatoes and a harvest pizza and it was alll sooooooo delicious !!!! I'm so happy I came here!!! The waiter Walter was excellent!! Service was impeccable, food came out hot and fast and fresh !!! Walter was such a delight and served us with a great smile and attitude. We ordered the lava cake that was recommended and it was PHENOMENAL & DECADENT !!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND I WILL BE COMING BACK !!!!

There are not enough positive things to say about my experience here! We had a party this weekend and everything was just amazing! Not only are the food and drinks awesome but the service was incredible. Virginia and Nick went above and beyond to make sure all our guests were taken care of. Virginia was incredible to work with the entire time leading up to our party, and the day of. She made our party extra special, and I can’t thank her enough for going above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly the way we wanted. Thank you, Virginia and Nick for making this a stress free and enjoyable day for us!!

This was my second time visiting and it was a wonderful experience. I was there on 10/22 for brunch and got the ultimate bacon egg and cheese which was delicious. After the first bite I realized there was wax paper in the sandwich from which I assume to be from the slices of cheese. I just pulled it out and continued to eat my sandwich as normal and it was no big deal for me. The server asked about the paper left on my empty plate and after I told him what happened, he apologized and soon after, the manager came over and was super kind and expressed her apologies even with me explaining that it didn’t affect my meal and the food was still delicious. She took the sandwich off the bill and asked us if we would like a round of drinks to make up for mistake. We denied the drinks and finished up our visit leaving happy and pleased with the service and kindness and we will definitely be back soon.

We had bottomless brunch on an afternoon weekend which was fun! We drank mimosas with a orange juice base, but opted for pineapple juice since it tasted better. Also got a burrata and pesto pizza which was phenomenal!!! Loved the combo of soft cheese and basil! The Thai calamari was fine. The wait staff were very kind and accommodating which was very nice! There were a few bees outside so be cautious.

I have visited this restaurant a few times at this point, which is normally when I feel comfortable giving a review. The food is always very good, nice variety and tastes great. The pizzas are always a big hit! The atmosphere is fun, lively, and upbeat, loud, but not too loud to have a normal volume conversation by any means. The staff is always friendly, but I will say after a few visits, that they could be a little more attentive or perhaps have more help. They make small mistakes, like missing requests made, which can be an issue. And sometimes they check in and you ask for a refill, or something, and they don't come back with it. But, nothing to make you not want to go, they are super nice, again, they may just he under staffed. All in all, it's a really good spot!

I couldn’t even wait to leave the parking lot to start this review because I was so pleasantly surprised by how amazing this restaurant and the staff are. Doug was FANTASTIC and treated us like we were his family. He truly made us feel so special and taken care of. The food was also fantastic (I have been here about a half dozen times and it always is so that’s not a shock) but they revamped the menu a bit and the specials were really good. My wife and I came here to celebrate her birthday, and it was definitely a very memorable dinner! Our waitress Colleen was continuously present at our table and helped make some terrific recommendations for various foods to try. And the manager Doug helped make the evening that much more special by surprising my wife with a Happy Birthday slice of their rainbow cookie cake! It’s honestly one of the best tasting cakes we’ve ever had. Can’t say enough great things about Prato 850 and we will definitely be going back to try more of their delicious menu!
