Tim Hortons

Today, me and a bunch of friends went threw the drive threw and we were disappointed in the service we received. not only was the staff disrespectful when I ordered, I ordered a 6 pack of donuts and 2 ice caps since I had the coupon for it. The staff charged me separately for each and every donut because I wanted one speciality donuts in my pack, I was being very nice and asking why then I was yelled at from another employee telling me that’s “it’s because you have one speciality donut” and a very loud and rude tone. That’s not all, I said I wanted two ice caps when I was at the speaker and after I paid I only received one, then I asked them “where’s my other one” then the staff said that they would have to charge me for another one even tho they had already charged me because my order was 23 DOLLARS, and after they charged me again they had already had one made on the side but pretended to make another one again. Very disappointed.

Ordered a dozen donuts (asked for an assortment of chocolate or glazed, nothing filled) and 2 roast beef sandwiches with NO SAUCE. They obviously weren’t listening because both sandwiches had sauce and they gave me 3 donuts with filling. Drive thru either needs to pay attention or fix the communication issues.

This TimHortons always seems to disappoint! Today I went through the drive through with a few friends with a good mood and went out feeling frustrated. We ordered 2 ice Capps, 1 vanilla ice coffee and a six pack of donuts; when I asked if I could pick the donuts I was greeted with disrespect while picking them out. An average 6 pack is only 6.49 in price yet I got charged almost 10 dollars on purpose! I asked if I could simply add a dream donut to my box, only expecting to have to pay a dollar or two extra, they ended up charging me for every donut instead of adding them in a pack with a fee; this brought me up to 10 dollars just for donuts! Not to mention when asking why they separately charged me for each; I was responded with another employee budding in the speaker to speak to me in a rude tone saying that it’s cause I have a dream donut. I just took a deep breath and continued ordering. I ordered two ice Capps (medium), and a vanilla ice coffee (medium). I pull up to the window and I paid for my order, I get given the vanilla ice coffee, 1 ice Capps and my donuts. I asked them where my other ice capp was and they said I didn’t order two, being awfully disrespectful, the two girls were rolling their eyes and scoffing at me. PLUS! They charged me again for an ice Capp. So I left, I payed 10 dollars for a 6-7 dollar pack of donuts, I payed for an extra ice cap and I left mad. They were just rushing me, not even asking if I had my Tim’s card or not. This Timhortons is less of a food place more of a Deaf community meet up. Everytime I’ve ever went they’ve always messed up my order and shown me disrespect. If I were you, I wouldn’t go here, a huge rip off, you’re better off buying coffee at the gas station since it’s probably less burnt then theirs! I’m honestly in raged, I’ve only been nice to all the employees but I’m tired of being so disrespected. If I could give them a 0, I would.

I was here on 9 june 2022 between 8:45 am to 9:00 am I ordered one steep tea double double and 2 egg and cheese on English muffin the lady making steep tea was holding all the cups from inside the cup i asked other coworker to ask her make me another tea by not putting finger inside the cup other coworker informed her and the lady making tea started showing attitude and she wasted another 3 cups just to show me that she didn’t put her finger inside but she was doing the same mistake again The i told her that when she pulls cup out from cup holder she holds the cup from inside put under the cream dispenser machine again holds from inside and put under sugar machine and then pour the tea on top Mangers or authorities please check cameras and give your employees proper training as they are becoming reasons for spread of germs and corona virus
